The commission will be confirmed once it has been paid.

No refunds on started commissions. if you file a chargeback, you will be blacklisted.

You may cancel an order if payment has not been confirmed yet.

I have the right to refuse an order if I feel that I cannot deliver before taking your order.

My art is for personal use only in case of commercial purposes, you should ask first.

Base price lists are available for personal use only.

Commercial Usage fees are atleast +80% of the original price (NO NFT,crypto or AI related use!!)

Give proper credit. Do not claim the job as yours.

My commissions will ALWAYS have my firm. I am not allowed to withdraw or delete them.

I will take the liberty of using the works to promote my art or use them as commission examples. Unless you request that your commission to be not public.

My canvas resolution are 1500 to 5000 px (300dpi) You can ask for specific resolution but I will not offer larger than this.

Please include clear visual references unless it is a custom adoptable commission.

Clarify if I have, and how much I have, creative freedom in the design.

Complicated designs can increase the cost, prices might vary depending on the complexity of the characters and level of details.

If you have any idea of how you want your order, you can provide me moodboards, references, or whatever you see is suitable for an optimal result.

I always show a previous sketch, only then can you correct or add something.

Once i send the sketch, you can ask may minors changes as you want, but once the lineart is done, you only can make up to two minor changes, any additional changes will be further charged.

The time needed to finish is 1 week - 1 month after I started on your commission (Could be completed earlier. I will communicate about any delays.)

Please do not rush me, Rush fees is available for an additional 50% of the final price.

If you need the commission for a date or time, it must be requested in advance.

You can ask me for wips but please do not abuse this

If you ask me for a commission, I consider that you agree with my terms and conditions.

Once you pay me, I will place your name here along with the progress of your commission

Send me a order form (Please fill out multiple form separately if you want to order multiple pieces)

Order confirmation: Once everything was clear, i give a total price and send the invoice (You must pay before).

Sketch: I will send you a sketch, here you can make the changes you think are necessary, keep in mind that you previously gave me specifications about the work, so the changes should not be total.

Lineart: You can make up to two minor changes, but any extra changes will be charged.

Color Base: Here you can only make color corrections

Finish: The complete image will be sent to you by email.

Note: Keep in mind that I want you to be totally satisfied with my work, that's why we need communication, but don't pressure me with advances, remember that I also have a life and more clients.
